POSTURAL STUDY
With the participation in our cycling courses,we offer you a postural study with our IDMATCH system in Geneva, Lausanne or directly in Mallorca at your choice. You will thus find on site the bike already ready and adjusted to perfection according to the result of the study. In addition, you can keep the result for your bike!
THE EQUIPEMENT
Your equipment is essential. If you choose to bring your bike, we recommend our postural study service to optimize your position on the bike during the excursion and avoid pain. Hotel
You will be accommodated in 4 to 5 star quality hotels. Our program offers two structures, one on the coast by the sea, the other inland in a haven of peace.
Meal
Meals are included. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the hotel. During your outings, you will have at your disposal gel, fruit energy bars, etc.
Massage

DAY 1
Welcome to Mallorca!
The first pedal stroke of this week together brings us to the capital of the island, is an easy ride on the bike path and along the coast, aimed at familiarizing us with the bikes and making the necessary adjustments for comfort. maximum during the next activities.
DAY 1
DAY 3
Today is a transfer stage that will allow us to move from the coast to the interior of the island. We will leave the accelerated rhythm of the coast to enter a different mood, where times are getting longer, favoring listening to our emotions and our energies.
DAY 4
The stage will touch the North-East of the island. We will head to Cap Formentor. It is a stage that develops on an “up and down” route to be repeated back and forth, so we will know what awaits us in the re-entry phase; it allows you to reach the lighthouse located at the end of the tip of the peninsula
DAY 5
For this beautiful stage, head towards the port of Soller. A short break by the sea will allow us to reintegrate the energies and then take the boat which will drop us off at the foot of the mythical Sa Calobra.. Sir Bradley Wiggins used this climb as a training ground for the preparation of the Tour de France. A road that offers breathtaking views.
DAY 6
Another beautiful walk today, which gives us the perspective of the other side of the bay of Port de Pollenca. We will go to Alcudia and Port d’Alcudia. The overall pedaling is short with most of the elevation right in the middle which is the top of Ermita De La Victoira. From here you can have a wonderful view over the whole bay of Pollenca.
